Company Research via LexisNexis Online
Learn how to research a variety of company types using multiple LexisNexis platforms. This class will cover:
- Using Lexis+ and Nexis to locate company profiles, financials, SEC filings, parent-subsidiary structures, and merger & acquisition tracking.
- Nexis Diligence for a broad range of results in a single search including negative news, lawsuits, UBO (Ultimate Beneficial Ownership), and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) information.
- Nexis Dossier for a comprehensive report including a quick snapshot and downloadable company lists.
- Public Records for essential record information from the U.S. such as incorporation records, bankruptcies, locations, etc.
Access to Lexis requires an OpenAthens account. Request an account if you don’t already have one. This training will be recorded and will be viewable later on this page.
