Lexis Dossier: Slicing and Dicing Company Info Online
In this training session, the Lexis consultant for the Department of Commerce will cover Nexis Dossier, which is a searchable reporting tool that provides in-depth information on more than 240M companies, 75 million executives, 1,000 industries, including many smaller, private companies. With one search, users receive a comprehensive report about a requested company. Specifically, attendees can learn:
- How to research merger and acquisition activity, and set up ongoing alerts;
- How to easily pull up all of the subsidiaries of a parent company;
- And how to easily store, update and share search results.
Access to Lexis+ requires an OpenAthens library account. Request an account if you do not already have one. This training will be recorded and can be viewed later on this page.
