Vetting via Nexis Diligence+ Online
This training will provide a deep dive into Lexis' vetting tool Nexis Diligence+. The session will cover both current and new capabilities, including:
- The essentials of conducting due diligence searches on companies and people, including adverse news, company profiles, sanctions, politically exposed persons and their legal exposure;
- New features and functionality, including the Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) module, to discover who ultimately owns, benefits or controls a company; and Entity View, which allows you to upload multiple entities in a single step and to review results on an ongoing basis;
- Customization options, including the prioritization of sanctions, creating Custom News searches, and modifying Negative News searches to reflect your office’s or agency’s specific issues;
- Report and Alert functions, for current and ongoing delivery of your results.
