D&B Investigate: Researching Ultimate Beneficial Owners Online
Join us for a live D&B Investigate demonstration focused on ownership and relationship research. Explore how Investigate can help you uncover Ultimate Beneficial Ownership (UBO), analyze complex corporate structures, and identify connections across organizations to support due diligence and risk assessment efforts.
During this session, you'll learn how to:
- Identify the individuals and entities that ultimately control a company
- Visualize ownership structures and corporate hierarchies
- Trace parent, subsidiary, and affiliate relationships across borders
- Research foreign ownership and complex business networks
Whether you're conducting due diligence, supporting compliance initiatives, performing risk assessments, or simply trying to answer the question, "Who really owns this company?", this session will provide practical insights and tools to help you uncover the answer.
