The Economist Intelligence Unit’s Lead for Global Trade Nick Marro will join us from Hong Kong to discuss the EIU global trade outlook post-pandemic new normal.

COVID-19 has radically upended the global economy. In addition to raising new questions around healthcare adequacy and the human cost of the outbreak, the crisis will reshape international trade and diplomatic links, which will carry new risks (and opportunities) for policymakers as they navigate the post-pandemic new normal.

Please join the Commerce Research Library for a presentation on the world outlook after COVID-19, including China’s evolving diplomatic and economic role and what this will mean for future US commercial and strategic interests. We encourage staff to register early, Webex has a capacity of 1000.

Registration has closed.
