Congressional is an easy-to-use database that offers authoritative PDF images of hearings, reports, the Congressional Record, and more.
You'll also learn how to move seamlessly between Congressional, Legislative Insight, and Regulatory Insight. Together, these databases support your legislative history research and help you easily follow the rule-making process for specific provisions of a law.
Access to ProQuest Congressional requires an OpenAthens account. Request an account if you do not already have one. This training will be recorded and will be viewable later on this page.
