The Reading Room provides a professional atmosphere for your meeting, training, or presentation.

  • Reservations may be made up to 90 days in advance by Commerce staff stationed in Commerce HQ.
  • Reservations require a minimum of 20 guests. The official maximum capacity is 110. However, the recommended maximum is 75 guests, depending on the setup.
  • The Reading Room is available for self-service events on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Your group is responsible for set up, execution, takedown, and cleanup.
