Join us for an in-depth training on the Bloomberg Terminal. This session is designed to help you navigate the complexities of company ownership using Bloomberg's powerful tools and resources.

Topics covered:

  1. Company Ownership & Ultimate Beneficial Ownership (UBO): Learn to uncover detailed ownership structures, including parent companies, subsidiaries, and beneficial owners.
  2. Foreign Investment: Gain insights into foreign investments in U.S. companies, including strategies for researching Chinese companies.
  3. Financial Health: Analyze credit profiles and revenue streams to assess the financial stability of companies.
  4. Mergers & Acquisitions: Understand the impact of mergers and acquisitions on company structure and market presence.
  5. Global Presence: Investigate company subsidiaries and global operations to understand their reach and influence.

This training will not be recorded. Please plan to join us in person or virtually.

The Bloomberg Terminal is a dedicated computer in the Business Library (RM 1984) of the Commerce Research Library and is available for use by HCHB staff. Reservations are required to use the Bloomberg Terminal.
